Application Requirements for Ph.D. Program in Management

1. Min. GPA of 3.00/ 4.00 (MBA degree)
2. Min GMAT of 600 and GMAT score card (photocopy or student-copy will not be accepted)
3. ALES score card  and ALES ≥ 75 (photocopy will not be accepted)
4. Proof of English proficiency (accepted exams and minimum scores)

        - B.Ü. Proficiency;
        - TOEFL ≥ 550, writing ≥ 4.5 (paper-based exam);

        - TOEFL ≥ 213, writing ≥ 4.5 (computer-based exam);

        - TOEFL IBT ≥ 79, writing ≥ 24;

        - IELTS ≥ 7.0

5. Two recommendation letters. (Also required for Bogazici Graduates)
6. Written and oral evaluation.
7. MBA degree (graduates of non-MBA programs will be accepted to a preparation class)
8. Statement of purpose.

Application Requirements for Ph.D. Program in Management

for Ph.D. Applicants concerning YÖK Title 35

1. Min. GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (MBA degree)
2. GMAT score card (GMAT is optional. Photocopy or student-copy will not be accepted).
3. ALES score card and ALES ≥ 75 (Photocopy will not be accepted)
4. To be ranked in the top 20 percentile in ALES Examination.
5. Proof of English proficiency (accepted exams and minimum scores)

        - B.Ü. Proficiency;
        - TOEFL ≥ 550, writing ≥ 4.5 (paper-based exam);

        - TOEFL ≥ 213, writing ≥ 4.5 (computer-based exam);

        - TOEFL IBT ≥ 79, writing ≥ 24;

        - IELTS ≥ 7.0
